He began learning about customer service from his father, Joe O’Malia at the age of 8 when he started his first grocery store in Broad Ripple. That store failed before starting the well-known regional grocery chain, O’Malia’s in 1966.

Teaching people how to save lives is Amanda’s true calling, and she approaches it with unwavering dedication. The name “Arise” holds a special significance for Amanda. It symbolizes her own journey, mirroring the essence of her spirit—rising above challenges with resilience and determination.

On the morning of June 20th, 2017, Jeff tied up his running shoes, walked out of his home in Carmel, and went for a routine jog. Little did he know that run would be life changing, as well as life changing for a neighbor whom he did not know. The result of that morning sparked a passion and gratitude that he shares every day.
