Hi, I’m Amanda Dolph, owner of Dolph Notary Services. As a certified mobile notary, loan signing agent, wedding officiant, and apostille facilitator, I help individuals, families, and businesses complete important documents accurately and conveniently throughout Central Indiana.

Since launching my business in 2020, I’ve built my reputation on professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to making the notarization process as stress-free as possible. Whether I’m meeting clients at their home, office, hospital, senior living facility, coffee shop, or title company, my goal is to provide exceptional service where and when it’s needed.

In addition to general notary work and real estate closings, I offer wedding officiant services, I-9 employment verification, apostille assistance, and field inspections. No two days are ever the same, and that’s one of the things I love most about what I do.
