Jeff McDole attended St. Joseph’s college in Rensselaer, Indiana were he played baseball and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History and minored in Secondary Education. Then Jeff earned his Masters of Science degree in Physical Education with a specialization in coaching. While at ISU, Jeff was a graduate assistant coach at DePauw University for the baseball team. In 2010, Jeff became a personal trainer for a year and then taught and coached baseball at Brownsburg High School for a year. In 2012, Jeff landed with Junk Dawgs, Inc. and started as an hourly employee. He has since moved his way up to General Manager and aided the company’s growth into 4 services while tripling sales from year 1 to year 2 and is projected to double sales from year 2 to year 3. Jeff also spends most of his time now in business development helping sustain steady growth.
