 encing a traumatic and life altering experience. Her story is a vulnerable
 \, grief-filled\, yet theraputic memoir of becoming a widow when she sudde
 nly lost her husband Pete over 14 years ago…Her blog recounts her grief 
 journey in how she learned to find her sanity in the crazy moments of rais
 ing 3 children on her own and how she dealt with PTSD\, depression\, anxie
 ty\, and panic attacks. With lots of therapy including Prolonged Exposure 
 Therapy\, EMDR therapy\, and energetic therapy she began to understand her
  gifts as an Animal Communicator\, Psychic/Medium\, and Reiki Master.\n\nM
